Arbitrary file creation via unvalidated script upload

Unrestricted file upload in Phoenix Contact CHARX SEC-3xxx firmware 1.5.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to create arbitrary files. The CharxUpdateAgent service listens on TCP port 9999 by default and fails to validate user-supplied data before accepting a script upload to a fixed, write-only destination. No authentication is required, but this flaw alone provides file creation with limited integrity impact; device takeover requires chaining with other vulnerabilities.
