Local privilege escalation via unchecked thermal read

Out-of-bounds read in tmu_tz_control in Google Android 13 allows local users to elevate privileges through the ACPM thermal driver. The function in tmu.c reads beyond the intended buffer because it performs the operation without the required bounds check. A local user with low privileges can reach the ACPM/TMU path without user interaction and gain elevated privileges on an affected device.
