Out-of-bounds write in pt_sysctl_command in Google Android 13 allows local users with System privileges to elevate privileges. The function performs a write after an incorrect bounds check in pt.c, allowing the write to cross its intended boundary. Exploitation requires existing System execution privileges but no user interaction and can yield higher local privileges.
