Stored XSS via executable SVG media uploads

Stored XSS in the OpenOlat Media Center 18.1.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via an SVG upload. The Media Center accepts an SVG file containing a script as an allowed image type and serves the stored file so its script runs in the viewer's browser. Any authenticated account can share the file with other users, but execution requires a victim to open it; the script then acts with that victim's OpenOlat session permissions.
