Remote code execution via predictable IPMI sessions

IPMI session hijacking in Dell iDRAC9 before 7.00.00.172 or 7.10.50.00 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on the controller. The IPMI 2.0 service generates predictable session identifiers, allowing an attacker to take over a valid management session rather than establish an authorized one. IPMI over LAN must be enabled and user interaction is required; the first threshold covers 14th-generation servers, and the second covers 15th- and 16th-generation servers.
