Site interruption via missing nonce validation

CSRF in Manish Kumar Agarwal Change Table Prefix 2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to enable maintenance mode through a forged request. The change_prefix_form handler accepts the state-changing request without valid nonce verification. An administrator must be induced to follow a crafted link or perform an equivalent action, after which public site access is interrupted.
