Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted image request destination
Published Feb 23, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Server-side request forgery in Pexels: Free Stock Photos 1.2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to request arbitrary URLs. The pexels_fsp_images_options_validate() function issues a server-side web request for an attacker-controlled location without restricting its destination. Contributor-level access is required, and successful requests can query or modify data exposed by reachable internal services.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
