Unauthenticated arbitrary file upload via missing type validation
Published Feb 26, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in Skymoonlabs MoveTo 6.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files to a WordPress server. An undisclosed upload function accepts attacker-supplied files without validating their file types, permitting dangerous content to be stored on the site. No authentication or user interaction is required, and server-side code execution depends on the uploaded file being executable by the web server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
