CVE-2024-25849Network attack vector

Unauthenticated SQL injection via unescaped offer fields

Published Mar 8, 2024 · Updated Apr 16, 2025

SQL injection in PrestaToolKit Make an offer 1.7.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read or alter shop data via HTTP requests. MakeOffers::checkUserExistingOffer() concatenates an unescaped email into a SELECT, while MakeOffers::addUserOffer() interpolates six unescaped offer fields into an INSERT. Guest access is sufficient, and successful injection can expose or delete database records, rewrite shop settings, or obtain administrator access.
