Remote code execution via auto-extracted ZIP upload
Published Feb 27, 2024 · Updated Aug 8, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in MyPrestaModules Product Catalog (CSV, Excel) Import 6.7.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute PHP code. The Send::__construct() method extracts uploaded ZIP archives into a predictable web directory, allowing a crafted archive to replace the protective .htaccess file and write a PHP payload. Guest access to the exposed AJAX endpoint is sufficient, enabling arbitrary server-side code execution and reported payment-card skimming.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
