Account takeover via activation without token

Improper access control in affected ZenML Server releases before 0.46.7 allows remote attackers with a valid username to take over that account. authenticate_credentials returns an authentication context when an activation request omits its token, so the endpoint accepts a supplied new password without validating an activation token. Knowledge of an existing username is sufficient to replace that account's password and obtain its server privileges.
