Open redirect via unvalidated redirect_uri error paths

Open redirection in Glewlwyd SSO server 2.0.0 through 2.7.6 allows remote attackers to redirect users via a crafted redirect_uri. OAuth 2 and OpenID Connect authorization handlers build Location headers from redirect_uri on invalid-scope, unauthorized-client, or incomplete-request error paths without consistently confirming that it matches the client's registered URI. No authentication is required, but a user must follow a crafted authorization link; the resulting redirect can carry the user from the trusted SSO origin to an attacker-controlled site.
