Service hang via corrupted DUMP archive loop

Infinite loop in Apache Commons Compress 1.3 through 1.25.0 allows attackers to hang a consuming Java process with a corrupted DUMP archive. Apache identifies the DUMP archive-reading path but has not published the parser method or malformed field whose handling prevents the loop from exiting. The condition requires a consuming application to parse attacker-controlled DUMP input and can indefinitely occupy its parsing thread.
