Connection disruption via retained Initial encryption keys

Key-retention error in PQUIC before 5bde5bb allows attackers to close PSK connections by forging an Initial-key frame. The handshake transition leaves crypto_context[0] available after Initial keys should be discarded, so a captured key still decrypts an injected CONNECTION_CLOSE frame. Exploitation requires visibility into connection-establishment traffic and a PSK configuration; the bounded consequence is termination of the targeted QUIC connection.
