Broken access control in Delinea Secret Server 11.4 allows remote authenticated users to view system reports and modify custom reports. The Report Web UI fails to enforce report view and edit permissions for unprivileged accounts while Unlimited Admin Mode is enabled. Exploitation requires a valid low-privilege account and enabled Unlimited Admin Mode, exposing report data and permitting custom-report changes.
