File deletion via CLI path traversal

Path traversal in the ArubaOS CLI allows remote authenticated users with high privileges to delete arbitrary operating-system files. The CLI accepts a deletion path without constraining it to the intended directory, so traversal sequences can target files elsewhere on the controller. High privileges and network access to the CLI are required; deletion can damage controller integrity or interrupt service, while confidentiality is unaffected.
