Router reboot via forged management request

Cross-site request forgery in Tenda AC18 15.03.05.05 allows remote attackers to reboot the router through its management interface. The fromSysToolReboot handler processes a GET request to /goform/SysToolReboot and initiates a reboot without validating a request-specific CSRF token. Successful exploitation requires a victim browser to issue the forged request; the resulting device reboot interrupts network service.
