SQL injection via unquoted file identifier

SQL injection in RuvarOA 6.01 and 12.01 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through a crafted file_id query parameter. The file_memo Page_Load handler copies Request.QueryString["file_id"] into txt_file_id and concatenates it directly into a SELECT on info_file. No session or authorization check appears in the handler, leaving the database query reachable before authentication.
