Database command execution via unneutralized address-book identifier
Published May 7, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
SQL injection in RuvarOA 6.01 and 12.01 allows remote attackers to execute database commands through a crafted id parameter. The /AddressBook/address_public_show.aspx endpoint processes the id value in a database query without neutralizing attacker-controlled SQL syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation permits reading, changing, or deleting application database data.
