Unauthenticated SQL injection via concatenated bulletin ID

SQL injection in RuvarOA 6.01 and 12.01 allows remote attackers to execute database queries through a crafted bulletin id. The bulletin_template_show handler concatenates the id query-string value directly into a SELECT statement without parameterization or validation. Network access to the ASPX endpoint requires no authentication, and injected SQL runs with the application database account's permissions.
