Unauthenticated service interruption via host_time command injection

OS command injection in TOTOLINK X5000R firmware 9.1.0u.6369_B20230113 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via host_time. The NTPSyncWithHost callback in cstecgi.cgi passes host_time to sub_42352c after a Validity_check filter that blocks only specific strings and accepts command metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required, and redirection operators can corrupt router files and interrupt operation.
