Service crash via oversized URL atom allocation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Bento4 1.6.0-640 allows local users to crash mp4info with a crafted MP4 file. AP4_UrlAtom::AP4_UrlAtom derives a URL-string allocation from an attacker-controlled atom size without bounding it, requesting about 3.7 GB in the demonstrated file. Execution requires a user or local workflow to pass the crafted file to mp4info; the failed allocation aborts that process without reported data disclosure or modification.
