Stored XSS via unneutralized discussion subject

Stored cross-site scripting in the Submission module of Public Knowledge Project Open Journal Systems 3.3 allows attackers to run web scripts. The Add Discussion handler stores a crafted HTML payload from the Subject input without neutralizing it before the value is rendered later. The published demonstration uses an administrator session, and execution requires another user to open the saved discussion, exposing that user's browser session to attacker-controlled script behavior.
