Stored script execution via contributor Publicname field

Stored XSS in PKP Open Journal Systems 3.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute browser scripts through a crafted Publicname value. The contributor form accepts an HTML event-handler payload in Publicname, stores it, and renders it as active markup when the publication is reopened. The demonstrated path requires an authenticated administrator to save the payload and another visit to the affected publication view.
