Unauthenticated code execution via dangerous file upload

Unrestricted file upload in Flusity CMS 2.33 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code through the website-settings endpoint. The update_setting.php handler trusts the multipart MIME type, preserves the attacker-supplied .php extension, and moves the file into web-accessible uploads even after setting a validation error. No authentication is required; requesting the uploaded script executes its contents with the web server's privileges.
