Charging-session interruption via predictable transaction identifiers

Denial of service in SteVe 3.6.0 allows remote attackers to terminate active charging transactions through crafted OCPP requests. An incomplete StartTransaction request still receives an auto-incremented transaction ID, exposing the adjacent value for an active session. Network access to a registered OCPP client endpoint is required; a predicted ID in StopTransaction ends another session without reading stored data.
