Proxy crash via unsupported SOCKS5 command

Denial of service in Bulkstream Srelay 0.4.8p3 allows remote attackers to crash the proxy with a malformed SOCKS5 request. The SOCKS5 request handler processes an unsupported command byte of 0x0c instead of rejecting it with a command-not-supported reply, terminating the server process. Unauthenticated network access to the listening proxy is sufficient; the documented effect is a service crash, not data disclosure or modification.
