Memory exposure or corruption via assertion-only bounds check

Out-of-bounds access in RT-Thread through 5.0.2 allows local users to read or corrupt memory through the var_export utility. On MSVC builds, var_export_init relies on RT_ASSERT to cap ve_exporter_num at the 2,048-entry ve_exporter_tab, then sorts and rewrites entries using the unchecked count. Reachability requires assertions to be disabled and more than 2,048 exporter entries; public sources do not establish attacker control over that build-time state.
