Service crash via negative request-buffer index

Catalog records attribute an integer overflow to MZ Automation lib60870 1.4.0 that allows remote attackers to crash a service. The cited proof of concept instead targets libIEC61850: a crafted MMS GetNameList request wraps bufPos negative, and mmsServer_handleGetNameListRequest uses it to read outside the request buffer. An unauthenticated TCP connection to an embedded libIEC61850 server is sufficient, but no retrieved authoritative source connects this code path to lib60870, so lib60870 applicability remains unverified.
