Database disclosure and modification via sid injection
Published Feb 9, 2024 · Updated May 15, 2025
SQL injection in Code-projects Hotel Managment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify database data through the sid parameter. Hotel/admin/show.php incorporates the sid query-string value into a MySQL statement without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling sqlmap-driven database dumping. Remote attackers need only send a crafted request to the affected handler; successful injection exposes database confidentiality and integrity.
