Teacher account access via SQL tautology

Authentication bypass in Code Projects Simple School Management in PHP 1.0 allows remote attackers to access a teacher account. The teacher_login.php handler accepts a SQL tautology in the username parameter, and the comment sequence removes the remaining credential condition. No valid credentials or user interaction are required; the resulting teacher session can manage student records and marks.
