Unrestricted file upload in MAGESH-K21 Online College Event Hall Reservation System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to upload arbitrary files. The /admin/update-rooms.php handler accepts attacker-controlled uploads without restricting dangerous file types. Access to the administrative endpoint is required; the public record establishes arbitrary server-side file placement but does not establish code execution.
