Database read and modification via apass SQL injection
Published Feb 9, 2024 · Updated May 15, 2025
SQL injection in Code-projects Simple School Managment System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify database data. The School/index.php login handler accepts the apass POST value as executable SQL syntax, enabling boolean- and time-based blind queries instead of treating the password solely as data. Authenticated network access is required, and successful exploitation exposes or alters data available to the application's MySQL account.
