CVE-2024-25227Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Administrator access via injectable login parameter

Published Mar 15, 2024 · Updated Mar 26, 2025

SQL injection in the ABO.CMS 5.8 admin login allows remote attackers to bypass authentication and obtain administrator access. The login handler incorporates the tb_login value into a backend SQL query, so a tautology and comment marker alter the credential test. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests expose the control panel and permit database queries within the database account's permissions.
