Unauthenticated database manipulation via product-view id

SQL injection in Online Medicine Ordering System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate its database through the product-view id parameter. The product-view handler accepts id from /omos/?p=products/view_product without neutralizing SQL syntax before using it in a database query. The unauthenticated endpoint exposes stored data to unauthorized reading or modification and allows database-backed service interruption.
