Stored script execution via unsanitized contact number

Stored XSS in Barangay Population Monitoring System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts through a crafted contact number. The Add Resident function in masterlist.php accepts the Contact Number value without adequate sanitization and later renders the stored value as HTML. A victim must view the affected resident data; the script then runs in the site's origin and can access page data or session cookies.
