Interpreter crash via malformed Date string conversion

Out-of-bounds read in Espruino 2.20 allows remote attackers to crash its interpreter via crafted JavaScript that formats a malformed Date. jsvStringIteratorPrintfCallback reads outside valid memory while Date.toString() formats a Date constructed with the demonstrated negative value. Execution of attacker-controlled JavaScript containing that construction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
