Planner crash via shutdown lifecycle race

NULL pointer dereference in Open Robotics Nav2 Humble allows remote attackers to crash the planner via a navigation goal. During shutdown, a child costmap node can clear costmap_ros_ before PlannerServer::waitForCostmap() dereferences it through isCurrent(). Triggering requires a navigation goal to race lifecycle shutdown, causing an unplanned planner process termination.
