Arbitrary file disclosure via absolute log paths

Path traversal in Treasure Data Digdag before 0.10.5.1 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through the log API. LocalFileLogServerFactory.getFile passes the URL-controlled fileName to Path.resolve and opens the result without verifying that it remains under the task-log directory. Exploitation requires local task-log storage; an encoded absolute path replaces the intended prefix and discloses any file readable by the server process.
