Information disclosure via missing link-handler permission checks

Improper access control in the TYPO3 CMS Link Handler allows remote authenticated users to read restricted resources through t3:// links. InputLinkElement::getLinkExplanation resolves page, file, folder, and record targets without applying the backend user's page, table, or file-read permissions. A valid backend account and corresponding link-handler configuration are required; exposure is limited to resources referenced through configured handlers.
