Encryption-key disclosure via plaintext Install Tool forms

Information disclosure in the TYPO3 CMS Install Tool allows remote authenticated users to read the site's plaintext encryption key. Editing forms render the $GLOBALS['SYS']['encryptionKey'] value without masking, exposing a secret used to generate hashes that authenticate HTTP request parameters. Access requires an administrator-level backend account with system maintainer permissions; disclosure enables forgery of those parameter hashes.
