Remote code execution via capabilities use-after-free

Use-after-free in Microsoft Azure uAMQP C before 2024-01-01 allows remote authenticated users to execute code during AMQP connections. During open_get_offered_capabilities, an allocation failure leaves a freed capabilities object accessible while the client continues connection processing. Reachability requires a client to invoke the affected path during connection communication; the vendor advisory also identifies a compromised Azure account and oversized AMQP payload as execution gates.
