User impersonation via session reuse after logout
Published Apr 2, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026
Insufficient session expiration in IBM Jazz Reporting Service 7.0.2 and 7.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate users. The logout path fails to invalidate the server-side session, leaving the existing session usable after logout. Privileged authentication is required, and reuse permits access and actions under another user's session.
