Snapshot disclosure via reused embedded encryption keys

Missing encryption in IBM Security Verify Access Docker 10.0.6 allows local users to read sensitive snapshot information. The images embed identical device_key.kdb and device_key.sth files under /var/.ca, enabling isva_decrypt to decrypt openldap.zip from a snapshot. Access to a container image or snapshot is required, and exposed data includes credentials, passwords, private keys, certificates, configuration, and logged users.
