Service interruption via HTTP resource exhaustion

Denial of service in IBM MQ Internet Pass-Thru 9.2 LTS, 9.3 LTS, and 9.3 CD allows remote attackers to exhaust resources via HTTP requests. IBM has disclosed only that HTTP requests make MQIPT consume all available resources; no affected routine or request-handling error is public. Network access to an MQIPT HTTP listener is sufficient, and successful exploitation interrupts the service without reported data disclosure or modification.
