Worker-process crash via NULL pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in NGINX Open Source 1.25.3 and NGINX Plus R31 allows remote attackers to crash workers via crafted QUIC sessions. The HTTP/3 QUIC module dereferences a null pointer while processing an undisclosed crafted QUIC session, terminating its worker process. Exposure requires a build containing ngx_http_v3_module and a configuration whose listen directive uses quic; the experimental module is not enabled by default.
