Engine crash via unchecked path substring
Published Apr 3, 2024 · Updated Nov 4, 2025
Denial of service in OAS Engine File Data Source Configuration in OAS Platform 19.00.0057 allows remote authenticated users to crash the engine. A blank path becomes one backslash before code calls Substring(0, 2) without checking its length; the resulting exception is uncaught.
