Daemon crash via unchecked udev attribute dereference

A NULL pointer dereference in libvirt 9.0.0 through 9.6.x allows local users to crash the daemon during concurrent host-interface operations. The udev interface backend dereferences values returned by udev_device_get_sysattr_value without checking for NULL after interface removal makes attributes unavailable. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a race between interface detachment and enumeration; the bounded impact is a daemon crash.
