Local daemon crash via negative RPC lengths

Excessive allocation in libvirt before 9.7.0 allows local users to crash the virtualization daemon through crafted RPC array lengths. The RPC server deserializer passes attacker-controlled negative array counts to g_new0 before C API entry points reject them, so the values become huge positive allocation sizes. Any unprivileged local user able to submit the affected RPC calls can interrupt virtualization management by terminating the daemon; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
