Relative path traversal in JetBrains TeamCity before 2023.11.2 allows remote attackers to read files through Kotlin DSL documentation. JetBrains has not disclosed the affected documentation endpoint, the pathname operation, or the set of files reachable outside its intended directory. Network access is sufficient and no authentication or user interaction is required, but the published impact is limited to confidentiality.
